UN/COMMON aimed to help Spongellé overcome slow site speed and clunky app management and create a more efficient and enjoyable online shopping experience for their customers. The goal? Parallel to the UX overhaul, UN/COMMON also rejuvenated Spongellé’s D2C and B2B email marketing strategies. By improving email deliverability, warming up IP addresses, and creating highly-segmented user groups, the team optimized the core flows in Spongellé’s Klaviyo account. This revamp provided a seamless customer journey with new upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
